4x4 / Off-Road Driving Skills

If you or your drivers have to go off-road in the course of your work this course is invaluable. It provides training on all areas of off-road driving including vehicle control, positioning, safety checks and maintainance and  manouevring skills. The course ensures that drivers improve their off-road driving techniques while reducing their driving risk and ensuring the vehicle is operated safely at all times.

The course also includes gear selection, terrain assessment, correct set up of 4WD systems, braking and acceleration techniques, throttle and traction control, ascending and descending, stall and recovery techniques.
