Post Incident Interview

This unique workshop enables managers to formally investigate incidents and conduct post crash interviews.  The key objective of the workshop is to ensure that managers are able to determine the specific causes of accidents and to generate positive learning outcomes for both driver and business. Following the workshop managers will be equipped with the skills, knowledge and confidence to conduct  post crash interviews and are able to determine a driver's training needs, thus helping to fulfil the company's legal obligations.
