UK Familiarisation Driving Course

The UK Familiarisation course is designed to introduce overseas drivers to driving in the UK, and helps to familiarise them with UK driving conditions. The course provides a structured introduction to driving in the UK and includes a Driving in the UK Participants Guide. Following an initial on-road assessment a number of key objectives are agreed specific to individual needs. The course also includes a detailed vehicle familiarisation and safety check together with a driving licence review and Department of Transport standard eyesight check.
