To this end we recruit trainers of the right calibre to operate within this professional training environment and this requires a thorough interview, induction and initial training approach to allow them to hit the ground running.

Trainers are monitored for the quality and accuracy of their training delivery and report generation along with course evaluation results from the individual participants, this approach maintains the high standards we enjoy from our trainer team.
